Nicole Edwards is a highly skilled and respected Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience. She is well-known throughout the Mid North Coast region for her integrity, ethical approach, and unwavering commitment to her clients. Nicole's longstanding presence in the field, combined with her clinical expertise, ensures high-quality, effective care. Nicole has extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced sexual trauma and family violence. Nicole has undertaken additional training in Protective Behaviours, the Three Phases of Trauma Approach, Bereavement Counselling and Family Violence.

Nicole has received multiple honours for her contributions to social work, including the Child Protection Week "Children’s Champion" award. She has also been a finalist in both the NSW Health Innovations Awards and the NSW Justice Awards for her advocacy and leadership in social work. Nicole co-authored the Palliative and End of Life Care Social Work Standards for Palliative Care Social Work Australia. Her work has been widely published in national and international journals and university textbooks, and she has been a featured presenter at state and national conferences.
