About Keahana

A true mental health professional who grounds her work in empathy, advocacy and cultural awareness.

Keahana Davis is an Accredited Social Worker who has been professionally supporting individuals and families since 2018. She brings a values-driven approach to her work, grounded in empathy, advocacy, and cultural awareness. As a proud First Nations woman, Keahana envisions a safe, culturally grounded space for healing. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to breaking intergenerational cycles of trauma while empowering individuals and families to thrive.

Keahana has extensive knowledge of, and experience working with mental health complexities and has undertaken additional training in working with people experiencing eating disorders, emotional regulation challenges, protective behaviours and the Three Phases of Trauma Approach. Keahana has specialised training in prenatal and infant mental health, allowing her to support new parents and enhance infant attachment and bonding. She is passionate about working with families during the early stages of parenting. Keahana has extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced sexual trauma and family violence.
